Shipping

We ship worldwide from Japan. Every item is carefully packaged to protect it in transit.

Original artworks & large works

Free worldwide shipping is included on all original artworks — including skateboard decks, framed pieces, and wooden panel works. These are sent with tracking and insurance at no additional cost to you.

Small goods & accessories

For smaller items such as accessories and merchandise, a flat shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on your region:

• Japan: ¥300
• Asia: ¥700
• North America & Europe: ¥1,200

Medium goods (e.g. watches)

For medium-sized items such as watches, a flat shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on your region:

• Japan: ¥1,000
• Asia: ¥3,000
• North America & Europe: ¥5,000

Shipping is free on orders of ¥30,000 or more.

Processing & delivery time

In-stock items are shipped within 7 business days after payment is confirmed. Made-to-order items are shipped according to the production time stated on each product page. Where available, a tracking number will be provided.

International orders (customs & duties)

Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on customs processing and the carrier. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our works are one-of-a-kind original artworks and made-to-order pieces, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or customer convenience.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at stageup2001up@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund, with return shipping at our expense.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit card). The time for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your card issuer.
