Do you ship internationally?
Yes. In addition to Japan, we ship to Asia, North America, and Europe. Original artworks ship free worldwide. For small goods and accessories, shipping is ¥300 (Japan) / ¥700 (Asia) / ¥1,200 (North America & Europe); for medium-sized items such as watches, it’s ¥1,000 / ¥3,000 / ¥5,000. Orders of ¥30,000 or more ship free. The exact amount is shown at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and more via WooPayments). Prices are shown in Japanese yen and US dollars, and international purchases may be automatically converted to your local currency.
How long does shipping take?
In-stock items ship within 7 business days after payment is confirmed. Made-to-order pieces ship according to the production time noted on each product page.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Because our works are one-of-a-kind original artworks and made-to-order pieces, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If an item arrives damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery — we will arrange a replacement or refund, with return shipping at our expense.
Are the pieces prints, or originals?
Not prints — every piece is an original, one-of-a-kind work made by TOSHIKO.
